Digital Media Forum have just launched a new weblog to facilitate the dissemination of news and information from the Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco. The DMF was able to sponsor a number of companies - North and South - to attend the Expo and we hope the weblog will provide other members with the opportunity to keep up to date with what is going on. Web 2.0 is a catch-all phrase for the current phase of the web where new collaborative applications and services are appearing everyday. Its rapid evolution poses opportunities and threats for every sector of the traditional content and digital content industry and the discussions taking place at the Expo are certainly worth keeping an eye on.
